A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required when booking the event. This deposit is valid only for the date booked. If you are unable to keep the date booked for your event you will forfeit the deposit.
I highly recommend that your guests RSVP and pay in advance. Let your guests know that you have to pay Art with Bonnie prior to the event. (Many people are surprised when friends who have not paid back out at the last minute. )
The remaining balance must be made in one payment no later than 72hrs (3 days) prior to the event. A link for final payment will be sent to you when you have your final count of the number of participants. Final payment can be paid by credit card via PayPal so you will have a detailed receipt for your event.
