" Base of the Rapids" focuses on light, colour and design.  

It is the refraction and reflection of light & colour that fascinates me the most. In the shoreline setting light bounces, shifts and moves in multiple directions simultaneously. These natural formations invite a multitude of powerful design opportunities. I use fluid brushstrokes that enhance the flow of the river against the colourful trees.
