The cost is $35.00 (+hst) per person.

Fee includes step -by-step instruction to paint one of the 64 paintings designed by Bonnie McQuillan below.
Also, set up, including table covers, and all materials required for painting (easels, paint, cups for water, palettes, paint brushes, 16x20in canvas and aprons. )
Not included: Tables, chairs, venue. You must provide the venue for your event. ( Except when booking groups of 16 or less at the Art with Bonnie Osgoode studio)
You would be responsible for location allocation and registering and payment for your participants.
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date (this deposit comes out of the balance). The deposit can be paid below (blue box button "PAY DEPOSIT HERE FOR IN PERSON EVENT").
**Note: Your event is not officially booked until the deposit has been paid - even if dates and times have been discussed via email or phone.
Final confirmation of the number of participants in your group is required not later 4 days prior to the event.
I highly recommend that your guests RSVP and pay in advance. Let your guests know that you have to pay Art with Bonnie prior to the event. (Many people are surprised when friends ,who have not paid, back out at the last minute. )
The remaining balance must be made in one payment no later than 72hrs (3 days) prior to the event. A link for final payment will be sent to you when you have your final count of the number of participants.
Final payment can be paid by credit card via PayPal so you will have a detailed receipt for your event.
You can cancel your event up to 24hrs prior to your event start time and receive a refund, less the $50.00 deposit.
In the event of a snow storm- event can be rescheduled to another date with no penalty (safety first) .
Any events cancelled because of a federal or provincial lock down will receive a full refund.

Well....
I have instructed several virtual paint nights during the course of the pandemic but my biggest concern is the tech side of the virtual environments because there are many different platforms that groups use.
If your group has a tech that will operate and manage the "room" then I can certainly facilitate the painting portion of your online event.
With each of the events that I have facilitated online , the host group has arranged supplying the materials to their participants. I do not have any kits available. I can provide you with a list of colours that you will need for the particular painting that you choose for your event.
For this format my fee is $200 which includes step- by - step instruction (generally between 1.5 - 2hrs) and use of one of my 52 designed paintings.
Note: time is based on a 16x20 canvas - smaller canvas will take less time. Based on the design of most of the paintings a smaller canvas is not recommended.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. You can cancel your event up to 48hrs prior to your event start time and receive a full refund. Cancellation less than 48hrs prior to your event start time will be given a refund less a $50.00 administration fee.
