In this course your child can choose to do only drawing or only painting or they can do a mix of both drawing and painting.
A variety of projects will be offered in each discipline and the student can choose which one they would like to do.
In the drawing projects they will learn basic drawing techniques using pencil, markers, ink, and more! We will focus on techniques like perspective and balance. These principles will be used to create real scenes and animals.
With the painting projects, we will be working with watercolour paint and acrylic paint.
Students will work on an acrylic painting project from a photo of their own or images available in the studio. We will also practice sketching with watercolours to make quick capture of any type of scene.
